FAQ

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically the goal is to ship your order to you within a week of when you placed it!

Sometimes, like when we launch a new product or open the store, I get a higher than usual volume of orders. I am working as fast as we can to get the shipments out, and I appreciate your patience!

All orders will be sent with tracking numbers and you should receive an email from the shop with that info as soon as your item ships.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

 

2. What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If the item you purchased arrives broken or damaged, I will replace it. Please contact my store's email for replacements!

 

3. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes we do! Please be advised that shipping costs are considerably higher, and unfortunately that is beyond our control. We do our best to choose the cheapest option with tracking, and value the items at cost to reduce any customs fees.

 

4. How do you determine shipping charges?

I determine it based on the weight and type of item that is purchased and I use USPS postage prices.

International shipping estimates can be exceptionally high, so I will refund any extraneous postage costs once your package has shipped. I am not responsible for any/all customs charges you may incur with international shipments.
